Aikido of Connecticut was established in 1965 as the 13th Dojo in the USA. It incorporates traditional Aikido practices focusing on development of Ki and inner strength by teaching the body, mind and spirit to work inharmony to create a unified human being. Meditative practices, exercises and techniques form the teaching practices. Aikido of Connecticut is an independent Dojo.
