Tai Chi

Dawn Taylor Marzella is studying to be a Tai Chi instructor at the Tree of Life Center in Boston.  The Tree of Life Program uses research-based eastern and western practices to strengthen one’s body, mind, and spirit.  The exercises chosen are those most highly valued for their positive physical and mental health benefits while also having a low level of physical stress.  Anyone can do this.  Walk-ins are welcome.

Our practice is a combination of:

~ Qi Gong

~ Meditation

~ Selected Yang style Tai Chi Movements
